The Mark of a Maverick

Tianjin, June 2010. Within the streets of the megacity, the footprint of a craftsman is revealed through a mobile bicycle repair shop. Resembling an ancient Chinese seal, this black workshop adorned with red Chinese inscriptions stands proudly, bearing witness to the ingenuity and precariousness of urban life. The absence of the repairman adds to the mystery of this working tool, leaving much to the imagination.
